Returns and refunds

Withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the products: send a request to HoyLoco by email (hoylocopadel@gmail.com) or certified email (hoyloco@pec.it), stating the order number, the products to be returned and the reason.
HoyLoco replies with the authorisation and the address to which the return must be sent. Products must be returned intact, unused, in their original packaging and with their labels; return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund is made to the payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Defective or wrong products: contact HoyLoco immediately, who will provide a prepaid shipping label and send a replacement or refund the full amount, including the original shipping costs. New products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity. Full terms: hoyloco.it/garanzia-e-resi.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the products, without giving any reason (Art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code).
How to notify withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send, within the deadline, a clear statement of your decision to withdraw, also using the form on this page, by writing to: email levanteasd3@gmail.com.
Returning products
Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying withdrawal, to the address given in reply to the request. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the consumer only if this is stated before the contract is concluded; otherwise they are borne by LEVANTE (Art. 57 of the Italian Consumer Code).
Refunds
The amount paid, including standard delivery costs, is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment used for the purchase. The refund may be withheld until the products have been received or proof of their dispatch has been provided (Art. 56 of the Italian Consumer Code).
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Art. 59(c)) or to leisure services on a specific date, such as tournament registrations (Art. 59(n)). Any exclusions are indicated on the product page.

Legal guarantee
Regardless of withdrawal, products with a lack of conformity are covered by the two-year legal guarantee provided for by the Italian Consumer Code (Articles 128-135-septies), as described in the Terms of sale.
