The website is operated by LEVANTE — contacts: email levanteasd3@gmail.com.

Purpose

The website presents LEVANTE, the LEVANTE Sportswear collection, the events organised or promoted by LEVANTE and the LEVANTE Grand Prix circuit, and allows registration for tournaments during the registration periods indicated for each event.

Tournament registration

Registration is made by pair by the lead player and is confirmed only once payment of the fee has been verified. Categories, fees, deadlines and rules are published on each tournament page and prevail over these general terms.

Under Art. 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date, such as registration for a tournament. Any refunds if a pair withdraws or a tournament is cancelled are governed by the terms published on the tournament page.

Purchases

Purchases of LEVANTE products are governed by the Terms of sale.

Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, texts, photographs and graphics of LEVANTE and LEVANTE Grand Prix are protected and may not be used without written authorisation.

Liability

LEVANTE takes care to ensure that the information published is accurate and up to date. Event dates, times and schedules may change; changes are communicated on the individual event pages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile (Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code).
