Shipping

The products in the LEVANTE shop are distributed by HoyLoco, which handles their preparation, shipping, returns, warranty and support (details on the Shipping and Returns and refunds pages). Online purchases of the LEVANTE Sportswear collection will be available soon. The following terms apply to orders placed on the website from the moment purchases are activated.

This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

Products distributed by HoyLoco

Orders for shop products are prepared and shipped directly by HoyLoco (Piazza Salvo d'Acquisto 4, 80038 Pomigliano d'Arco, NA, Italy), the products' distributor.

Shop deliveries are available within Italy, on the same terms as the HoyLoco website: free shipping from €200 of products (VAT included); otherwise Standard (2–3 business days) or Express (2 business days), with the cost calculated on the products. The options, costs and delivery times applied to the order are shown in the cart and at checkout, before payment.

Delivery areas and costs

The available delivery areas and shipping costs are shown in the order summary before the purchase is confirmed.

Delivery times

Processing and delivery times are communicated when the order is placed. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract (Art. 61 of the Italian Consumer Code).

Shipment tracking

The information needed to track the shipment is sent by email when the order is handed over to the carrier.
