Seller
The seller is LEVANTE — contacts: email levanteasd3@gmail.com.
Scope
These terms govern purchases made on the website by consumers and business customers. The mandatory protections of the Italian Consumer Code remain in place for consumers.
Products and availability
The main characteristics of each product (materials, composition, sizes, care instructions) and its availability are shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Images are for illustration purposes.
Prices
Prices are in euro. Taxes and any shipping or additional costs are clearly shown in the summary before the order is confirmed.
Order and conclusion of the contract
Orders are placed by completing the purchase process and confirming the summary. The contract is concluded with the order confirmation, sent by email with a summary of the products, prices, costs and these terms. If an ordered product turns out to be unavailable, the customer will be informed promptly and any amount paid will be refunded.
Payments
Payment is made through the website's secure checkout, using the methods shown at the time of purchase. LEVANTE does not receive or store payment card details.
Delivery
Delivery areas, costs and times are shown on the Shipping page and in the order summary. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the consumer upon delivery (Art. 63 of the Italian Consumer Code).
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery (Articles 52-59 of the Italian Consumer Code), following the procedure described on the Returns and refunds page.
Legal guarantee of conformity
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128-135-septies of the Italian Consumer Code, for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
In the event of a defect, the consumer is entitled, free of charge, to have conformity restored by repair or replacement or, in the cases provided for by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Customer service and complaints
Requests for assistance and complaints can be sent by writing to: email levanteasd3@gmail.com. Consumers may also turn to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies provided for by the Italian Consumer Code.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile (Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code).
