1.About this document

These terms are separate from the Official Rules of the stage (PDF) and do not change them: they cover the organisational aspects of registration. The rules (art. 2) provide that refund conditions are communicated together with the registration deadlines.

2.Event and available places

LEVANTE GRAND PRIX Taranto 2026 takes place from 27 to 29 November 2026 at FABS (Fabs Padel Center), Taranto, with the Gold, Silver and Bronze categories.

A maximum of 128 pairs in total is available, shared across all categories: there is no limit per individual category. Once all places are taken, new requests join the waiting list, as set out in the rules.

3.Entry fee and payment

The entry fee is €70 per pair (€35 per player), paid in a single payment for the whole pair through Shopify’s secure checkout.

While you pay, your place is reserved for a limited time. The registration is confirmed only once the payment has been verified; the confirmation appears on your registration page.

4.Refund if you withdraw

You can request a full refund of the entry fee paid (€70 per pair) until 20 November 2026, 23:59 (Italian time), i.e. up to one week before the tournament starts.

After this deadline no ordinary refunds are given for voluntary withdrawal, without prejudice to any legal obligations and to the provisions that apply if the event is cancelled or changed.

• How to request it: from your registration page (“Request a refund” button, with your registration code) or through the site’s Contact form (topic “Tournaments and Grand Prix”) with your registration code. The time the request is received is what counts.
• The fee is a single payment for the pair: the request concerns the registration of the whole pair and must be sent by the lead player who made it. Replacing a player is governed by the rules (art. 2).
• The organisers review the request and, if accepted, issue the refund through Shopify to the same payment method used. Crediting times depend on the payment network.
• Until the refund is actually issued the registration remains valid; once the refund is recorded the registration is cancelled and the place becomes available again.

5.Cancellation or changes to the event

If the tournament is postponed or cancelled, the organisers will communicate how the fee can be recovered, refunded or used for a new date, as set out in art. 10 of the rules.
